Impressive, overwhelming and layered. It is almost impossible to describe the myriad notes we can discover. It is enough to believe: this is SÍKHEGY vineyard. Sleek, ethereal wine with unbelievable elegance. Nothing is exaggerated, yet every component is present with astonishing emphasis. It is flowing, swirling, captures you, release you, takes off and catches you again. A pyramid upside down, standing on the tip of a needle.

Pajados vineyard has a special place in our heart. It is one, single plot with hills and valleys. In autumn, when the rays of the sun of October reach the multicoloured leaves, the place turns into a wonderland. In the distance we can see the silhouette of Nagy-Eged, the highest grape growing mountain of Hungary.
A single vineyard Bikavér with modern concept to reflect the merits of the terroir through a blend. The nose impresses us with blackberry, blueberry, plum spiced with cinnamon, and the palate is also abundant in lively fruity notes. Kékfrankos and Kadarka base enriched and completed by Syrah, Franc, Merlot and Pinot Noir.

We were wondering what the secret of a great summer red wine is and we wanted to meet this challenge. This is how this easy to drink, low alcohol Kadarka was born. We vinified it as a white wine: fermentation at low temperature, bottling early. This style is trendy nowadays in the world, and we love it as well. It is worth chilling well. A perfect refreshment at the end of a hot summer day, while in the winter this Kadarka pairs well with a fish soup.
