										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Syrah has been grown from the beginning on one of our most important cru vineyards (Hajnoczy), lying above Paloznak town. The warmer, loessy-marley soils bring out the best of the variety. Lively, spicy, rich and attractive wine. The wine went through a long ageing (24 months) which gives it a round and silky texture. Unfiltered, unrefined, with minimal sulphur content.</span></p>

<h6><strong>Story:</strong> We planted Syrah in 2010 for the first time – at that time it was considered strange and rare, since the variety had not been widespread. The variety seems to enjoy Mátra, it has good characteristics both in the vineyard and the cellar. This medium bodied, intensely fruity wine with spicy-peppery notes makes everyone fall in love with red wines easily.</h6>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h6>After opening the bottle, mild black fruit aromas meet our senses, gradually revealing the taste of pepper, and a very delicate leathery and smoky aftertaste. As time passes after opening the bottle, so does the wine open up as well, the fruit-driven nature of the wine intensifies, followed by the spiciness inherited from the oak cask. A well-balanced wine with a very enjoyable finish.<br />

<h6><strong>Story:</strong> Our relationship with Shiraz did not have a trouble-free start, yet it kept luring us until we finally gave in. The first three vintages were made of purchased grapes and we planted our own Shiraz grapevines based on the experience that we gathered during those years. Regarding the name we decided to remain at what we believe is the original. The wine got its name after the ancient, yet still existing Persian city, Shiraz. This is the reason why we use this name, even if we are aware that the name Syrah is more popular in Europe.</h6>

It is characterized by a garnet-red colour tending to black, while in its aroma can be sensed sweet spices, overripe fruit and mint, which are accompanied by chocolate and vanilla achieved by the maturation in new barrels.</h6>
