Enjoy the first wines of vintage 2020 with goose dishes at the breathtaking Hilltop estate. Have lunch or dinner on the 13th, 14th or 15th November and taste the special, St Martin weekend dishes. Goose liver terrine with brioche and cabbage jam, goose meat soup with truffle flavoured dumplings, goose breast with pumpkin risotto – just a few of the dishes available in Hilltop restaurant. If you don’t want to drive after the goose feast, you can stay in Hilltop Wine Hotel. Reservation is recommended.
