Goose liver terrine with brioche and cabbage jam, goose meat soup with truffle flavoured dumplings, goose breast with pumpkin risotto – just a few of the dishes available in Hilltop restaurant. If you don’t want to drive after the goose feast, you can stay in Hilltop Wine Hotel. Reservation is recommended.
