Story:The grape for this wine was harvested from the mica-schist soiled, organically farmed Spern Steiner vineyard. We selected the bunches carefully, and after an open vat fermentation we matured the wine on fine lees in barrique for 12 months. Velvety and harmonious. A true specialty.
