Bock Cellar in Villány protects our environment in several ways: they have an electric car charger in the car park, recycle as much as they can, and they also use the side products of winemaking: Bock manufactures grape seed products. Tablets, ground grape seed, natural or flavoured grape seed oils, soaps and other cosmetics are available from Bock webshop, but the best is to try them in site: the grape seed cosmetics at the wellness section of Bock Hotel Ermitage, while the food products at Óbor Restaurant. Bock Cellar has organized a recipe contest recently together with Nosalty recipe blog, and the winner is a sweet pizza with grape seed flour and oil in the dough and grapes, marsala soaked raisins and gorgonzola. Followers can meet Bock team personally next in Budapest on 16 November at Bordói November wine tasting or on 7 December in Pécs at Advent Wine Saloon.
