Story:

This light, fruity sparkling wine was inspired by the conversations between Barni, Lilla, and Auguszta – the younger generation of our family. It is part of our “Next in Wine” series. A sip of lightness, a touch of youth. BLABLA: This playful, refreshing sparkling wine was created from the initials of Barni, Lilla, and Auguszta. Light, fruity aromas, a gently sparkling character, and a pleasant finish – a wine that doesn’t try to say more than what should simply be felt: the perfect companion for friendly conversations, summer evenings, and spontaneous moments.

Description: The concentration of Tényő and the fruitiness of Szemere, along with the different harvest times, give this wine its complexity. Hand-harvested in small crates, it undergoes a few hours of skin maceration after destemming. The high limestone content of the soil results in playful, vibrant acidity. Concentrated yet fruity, complex thanks to the different harvest times, with lively, vibrant acidity.

Type of wine: Dry, white

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc

Alcohol: 12.5%

Terroir, vineyard: Tényő, Szemere

Technology: Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank

Serving temperature: 10 °C

Food pairing: Pairs well with goat cheese, fresh salads, asparagus dishes, seafood, and light poultry.

Cellar webshop retail price: 10.50 EUR

Story: The wine gains its complexity from two separate harvest times: rather than picking all the grapes at once, some are harvested earlier to preserve acidity and freshness, while others are picked later to add ripeness and depth. This deliberate layering of fruit creates the wine’s distinctive “constructed complexity.”

Description: A spontaneously fermented premium wine, made from late October harvest grapes with golden, slightly shrivelled berries. It underwent a slow barrel fermentation, followed by 12 months of lees ageing under the naturally stable cellar temperature. On the palate it shows restrained citrus notes, ripe apple and peach, elegant minerality, and a long, refined finish.

Type of wine: Dry, white,

Grape varieties: Riesling

Alcohol: 14%

Acidity: 5.6 g/L

Residual sugar: 4.9 g/L

Terroir, vineyard: Tényő

Technology: Spontaneous fermentation, Hungarian oak barrel ageing on the fine lees for 12 months.

Serving temperature: 14 °C

Food pairing: Pairs well with roasted poultry, pork dishes, creamy sauces, aged cheeses, and subtly spiced Asian cuisine.

Bottled quantity: 650 bottles

Cellar webshop retail price: 27 EUR

Story: This wine is not produced every year, as it is harvested at the end of October and depends on whether the thin-skinned Riesling berries survive the usually rainy autumn period. It is a source of many sleepless nights for us. When we harvest this wine, we are usually the last producer in the entire wine region still picking Riesling grapes.

This fresh rosé is coming from a hot vintage. Its smooth and fruity notes are derived from the Merlot–Cabernet grapes, while its essential crispness is guaranteed by Pinot Noir and Kékfrankos. This wine is a clear and vibrant freshener with a wide scale of aromas and a long finish due to the ripe grapes.
