Description
A straw yellow wine with an intense bouquet. Rich in aromas for a blend of good proportions. Flowers, lily of the valley, iris, then a little mint, followed by a honeyed, muscatel character. On the palate, after the sweetness of the candied sweetness, the pleasantly refreshing acidity makes the citrus pear flavour of the wine almost bite-like. On the finish, a slight bitterness is followed by a long, lingering alternation of white fleshy fruit. Very pleasant, very summery.
