Technology: Harvested grapes are brought to the cellar where the clusters are carefully selected, and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 °C (82 °F) for 14-16 days, then the grapes are gently pressed. Once malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is transferred into seven oak barriques, where it ages for 12 months. The number of barriques give the name to the wine 7Frankos.

Serving temperature: 16–18°C

Food pairing: Pairs perfectly with typical Hungarian dishes with paprika, grilled meat, schnitzel, spicy dishes.

Description

Bright ruby red color. The bouquet offers notes of cherries, red fruit, pink peppercorns accompanied by delicate spicy sensations of chili peppers. With its medium body, on the palate it’s vibrant, with fine tannins, clean and spicy feelings, a pleasant acidity and a long finish.
