Technology: Harvested grapes are immediately brought to the cellar where the clusters are carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12-14 days. The wine is stored in stainless steel vats for a few months until bottling.

Food pairing: It is excellent as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with seafood, asparagus dishes, fresh and medium-aged cheeses and pasta.
