Technology: Thanks to the weather, we were able to harvest our grapes with favourable phenological maturity, therefore due to the new oak fermentation and long skin contact, the resulting tannin structure is really beautiful. As a result, the wine has an unusual ageing potential.

Serving temperature: 18–20°C 

Food pairing: This wine can be an excellent choice alongside plates made of venison and matured beef.

Story: This prestige wine was made only in the best vintages for more than two decades. Our extremely dark red wine will appeal to any gourmet consumer who is open to the world of great French-style red wines. The intense nose is followed by a fruity and spicy palate, with some sweetish tones.
