II. Secundus Barni’s Riesling 2025
Description: This wine is made in a reductive style inspired by the Mosel region, with grapes harvested in early September. It displays clean, fresh aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, it is light and crisp, with lively acidity and fine natural carbon dioxide bubbles that add a gentle spritz. A subtle honey-like sweetness gives the wine balance without making it heavy. It is designed to be easy-drinking and refreshing. A versatile choice for year-round enjoyment, whether on its own or paired with light dishes.
