Kreinbacher Estate is famous for its white wines with great ageing potential, their superb Shiraz and of course for the méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines from volcanic Somló, but they also import some of the finest champagnes – at the event 15 of them will be offered by the glass even with some prestige cuvée-s like the 100% grand cru Paul Bara Special Club 2016. Besides the wines this year Kreinbacher gastronomy will be presented as well in a unique way: Kreinbacher Bistro chef József Toldi created the festival menu together with his mentor, the top chef István Pesti(now from Platán Café). This year topic of Gourmet Festival, the dumpling offers a playground for creativity – we will see how oriental wonton tastes when the dumpling is filled with pork rib and piglet…
