József Bock is a hunter. An ambitious man, one who can convince you in case of a dispute, no matter the topic. This man was one of the pioneers to begin the new era of Hungarian wines. He was awarded the title Winemaker of the Year in 1997.

But being a maximalist person, apart from the success of the winery, he wanted to be among the best ones regarding gastronomy and accommodation as well. His chef is one of the few female chefs, Barbara Nemesné, whose stone oven baked dishes are definitely irresistable (personally proven by the writer of this article several times, though in each case visiting anonymously).
