Food pairing:  Asian and Chinese fusion food, any kind of fish.

Description

Pale yellow with greenish hues. On the nose pineapple and pear along with fresh mint. The sip is complex and layered, strong volcanic minerality with lovely peaches and bold red grapefruit. It lasts long in the mouth.
