Description
Pajados vineyard is a miraculous place, especially in the middle of autumn, when the vine leaves are already coloured and the sun shines gold light on the slopes. The soil is rhyolite tuff, the plantation is 25 years old. Nutmeg, cinnamon, blackcurrant and plum on the nose with abundant minerality. Velvety texture, perfect harmony.
