Description

Authentic Traditional Method Sparkling from Paloznak

This is the third vintage of the winery when traditional method bubbles were made, one white from Furmint and one rosé from Kékfrankos. The product line is more and more important, as the winery will open its own sparkling wine cellars in the following years.

The rosé brut nature is made from the autochtonous Kékfrankos variety from the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine district. Despite the 0 g of sugar content, it is extremely fruity and rich in flavour. It is characterised by red berries and a firm acidity that smoothens and becomes creamy at the end of the sip.
