Technology: A wine made of hand selected berries. The grape was picked at perfect phenolic ripeness. After destemming the fruit went directly to the stainless steel tank, fermentation took place slowly at low temperature. Free run juice and pressed juice were separated. After malolactic fermentation the wine aged in small oak barrel for 14 months.
