Description

Rajnai rizling is truly good when it cannot deny itself. It can be imme- diately recognised from its bouquet of apple and white-fleshed peach spiced up with just a hint of filling station atmosphere. Here the sense of petrol is positive, carrying with it ripeness.When tasted its liveliness is preserved through valuable acids. However, it is the marks of maturity that are emphasized: we open the bottle when it is ripe for consumption. It is not a heavy wine, but one to be sipped slowly, a thought-provoking wine that deserves devoting time to its discovery.
