Terroir, vineyard: The grape came from the southern slopes of Badacsony mountain. Hot, stony, rocky slope with almost no soil. A 50 year old plantation with large distances between the lines.
Technology: Hand harvest on 16 September. Destemming and pressing with a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation in 1012 year old 500 L Hungarian and Austrian oak, ageing for 6 months. Bottling took place at the end of April 2022.
