A very successful small to mid-sized winery in the Villány wine region is looking for a wine maker as soon as possible. In the beginning this job can be done part-time.

Requirements

• University degree in oenology or similar education
• Some years of experience in making wine
• Top track record
• Hands-on

Tasks

• Wine making
• Co-operation with the vineyard manager
• Paperwork with the local HNT staff
• Racking
• Ordering the necessary wine making materials incl. barrels
• Responsible for all machines, tanks etc. required to make wine
• Blending wines together with the owner
• Bottling
