As we wrote earlier, there is an annual award to commemorate one of our most important winemaker, Tibor Gál, which award goes to a young, talented winemaker. The young winemakers are nominated by a senior winemaker, who has already been awarded Winemaker of the Year. After the nomination period, wine professionals and winelovers vote for their favourite ones on the internet. This year the most votes went to Kata Zsirai, a hard working, talented young lady from Mád, Tokaj wine region. Congratulation to Kata and we wish her the best with her whole career!
