Description

A fresh, pure Sauvignon Blanc, its style is somewhere between the Sauvignons of the Loire and the New World. The grapes come from loess soil from the Southern Shore of the Lake, the only Homola wine outside of the wine district. The wine was made with a natural approach: the selected grapes were harvested by hand, the wine was partly fermented and aged in “Speidel-eggs”.

Elderberries, citrus and a hint of saltiness can be detected on the nose, the wine is elegant with a good acidity structure, an excellent accompaniment to cold platters, but also to grilled dishes.
