Terroir, vineyard: The Olaszrizing grape for this wine was harvested on Sabar hill, where the estate is situated. “A small hill with great wines” – as the slogan of Sabar Wine House refers to its terroir.

Harvest, technology: In 2025 the harvest took place between 15 and 19 September, the wine fermented and matured in stainless steel tank and the wine was bottled on 22–23 December, a few weeks earlier than usually due to the demand (“the cellar became empty”).

Serving temperature: 10–11 °C

Bottled quantity: 4800 bottles

Ex-cellar retail price: 3700 HUF / 9–10 EUR
