Description

Lime-honey-like aromas in the nose mixed with mineral notes, rilled peppers are also displayed in the back. Extremely rich, with the typical dried fruit character of ripe – overripe grapes. In addition to the fruit- iness, the oakyness also appear in harmony with the rounded acidity that support the sip. Mineral, stony, exciting finish with great ripening potential. The Grófi vineyard is one of the best areas of the winery. The golden long bunches were harvested and processed in overriped condition. After the fermentation in oak barrels, we matured for 6 months in oak on lees with battonage. During the aging period, in addition to the intense fruitiness of the Hárslevelu, the barrel aromas have been incorporated, and the acidity integrated as well. It will get fuller during further bottle aging.
