Technology: Harvested grapes are immediately brought to the cellar where the clusters are carefully selected, destemmed and delicately pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature below 16 °C (61 °F) for 12–14 days. The wine is stored in stainless steel vats for a few months until bottling.

Food pairing: Excellent as aperitif, it pairs perfectly with white meat, sushi and sashimi, salads.
