Technology: Fermented in 1000 litre new oak barrel and aged on fine lees with batonnage for 5 months. It was bottled in June 2016 and bottle aged until its market release in July 2018.
Quality level:  Premium selection, “Mountain wine” (According to Badacsony OEM product description being a single mountain wine, it is the highest level of classification.)

Food pairing:  With complex soups, dishes made of pork medallion, fish or mushroom.

Apart from the characteristics of the variety, ripened fruit and some subtle oaky tones in the background can be discovered both on the nose and the palate. The unique character of the terroir is also re- flected in this complex wine.
