Tea & wine & female instincts

8 March is International Women’s Day, celebrated all over Hungary. Csetvei Winery in Mór wine region prepares with a special programme: in the afternoon a tea workshop will be conducted by Bazsalikomos Kert (Basil Garden). All the ingredients will be provided and participants can take home the tea they created during the workshop. After the tea session a wine tasting of 6 wines is conducted with a winery visit and a 3 course wine dinner. In case of staying in Mór, Öreg Prés wellness hotel is a perfect choice, they offer special price for Csetvei guests. The tasting is a good opportunity to taste the rarities of the winery, like the amphora aged Ezerjó. Krisztina Csetvei has always been interested in unique techniques, and when she visited Georgia, she fell in love with the wines aged in amphoras. Her amphora is made by a Hungarian potter called Attila Légli. ’A’ in the name of the wine certainly stands for amphora. „Extremely clean both on the nose and on the palate. A typical Ezerjó with refreshing fruity notes and vibrant acidity. Flowers, summer apple and tropical fruits.”
