Vylyan Easter discounts for one more day
Villány estate Vylyan announced Easter discounts for normal and some large bottles until Sunday night (2 April). The webshop is available for people staying within Hungary and shipment takes a bit longer than usual, but the special offer is special enough not to miss it. The Easter catalogue is in Hungarian, but you will understand the most important info: the name of the wine, the normal price and the discounted price. Vylyan Montenuovo Cuvée 2012 – 5 litres
One of the pearls that you can grab at lower price now. It is probably the most well known blend of Vylyan Vineyard and Winery. The Bordeaux varieties (Merlot and Cabernet Franc) are blended with the spicy Syrah and Zweigelt varieties. Noble, subtle, elegant – and still has a lot of potential. The wine is named after Duke Nándor Montenuovo, who owned parts of their vineyards at the beginning of the 20th century. He was a great supporter of the local agriculture and his activity was immensely useful for the whole community, yet he died in prison due to the cruel treatment of the Communist oppressors.
Now the 5 litre bottle costs – in case of ordering 2 or more bottles – 30 990 HUF instead of 39 990 HUF (81.5 euro instead of 105 euro).
