Vinebration, Unterengstringen, Switzerland

As we wrote yesterday, on the 1st of February 7 wine merchants will present 100 Furmint wines in Zurich. But it is not the end of Furmint tastings in February: near Zurich Vinebration wine shop will conduct two more tastings, one on the 6th and one on the 20th of February.

Vinebration is a webshop and shop selling wines from Australia, France, Italy, Moldova, Spain and Hungary – with a strong focus on the latter one due to the Hungarian co-owner. Jusztina Kézdi.

Tasting on 6 February – when you like it light

Zsirai Középhegy Furmint 2022, Tokaj

For us, the Középhegy is a symbol of freedom and experimentation — a terroir, where we were the first interpreters. Its wines are like a man in a sports jacket: playful, yet serious. In the nose, chamomile, green apple, pepper, and flavours of salty lemon.
