Technology: The shrivelled, in small part botrytized berries were harvested at the beginning of November. 2–3 hours of skin contact, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vat. Bottling took place in June 2020 and it was released to the market in December 2021.
Description: Fine, subtle dried, overripened fruit character with discrete minerality. Elegant acidity finely balancing the residual sugar.

Story: Zeusz grape variety is crossing between Ezerjó and Bouvier, introduced by Ferenc Király at the University of Pécs, Hungary in 1951. Its other name is Badacsony 10 (Zengő, another crossing made by him is called Badacsony 8, and Zenit is also a Ferenc Király crossing, so he seems to like the letter Z…)
