Grilled apricot salad and its wine pair

Half the apricots and place them on the grill for a few minutes. Turn them to grill both sides. Mix them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped parsley and chopped basil. That simple. Amazing dish! Which of the wines to pair? We would go for the Egri Csillag, since the salad is refreshing and easy-going, it would not dominate the white wine, but Gál Tibor Egri Csillag is complex enough to balance the characteristic flavours of the herbs and the balsamic vinegar.
