Béres Brut Tokaj Hárslevelű new vintage available!
After the debut of dry Furmint wines of Tokaj (the king wine region of botrytised sweet wines), the méthode traditionnelle wines of indigenous grapes is a hot trend now. Béres Winery and Vineyard makes its bubbly of Hárslevelű, one of the few grapes allowed to use in Tokaj. 2016 vintage is a new release, and leading Hungarian wine magazine VinCE evaluated it excellent. 4 stars (16.5 points), pale yellow colour, constant perlage. Slightly aromatic nose with apple tones and matured notes. The fine bubbles are melting in the mouth. Refreshing acidity perfectly in balance with the fruity flavours. Complex, subtle sparkling wine!
