Balaton Circle is an association of the wine producers, craft beer makers and quality restaurants of Balaton, the largest lake of Central Eastern Europe. “Taste Around Balaton” is a series of events with different venues at each time, on 6th May the host is Garamvári Vineyard, an estate with the prestigious titles Winemaker of the Year and Winery of the Year (both in 2006) and countless gold medals (well, actually 73 to date) from national and international wine contests. Enjoy a sunny May day at Garamvári Vineyard with the host’s still and sparkling wines, wines of the guest estates, fancy street food, local beer and pálinka.

Admission: the event is admission free, wine and food is to be purchased
Programme: live music by Ádám Burcsányi singer and guitar player

Guest exhibitors: Bujdosó Winery (Balatonlelle), Pálffy Vineyard and Cellar (Köveskál), Fenegyerek Pálinka (Zamárdi), Helka Brewery Balatonföldvár
Food vendor: Kalóz Strandbisztró with plates like ‘gulyás’, pike perch croquette with cucumber and green pea mayonnaise and white chocolate mouse with strawberry and sparkling wine
Pick up service: Balatonlelle is easy to access from Budapest by car (on M7 motorway) or by train. In case you arrive by train, ‘Vilivonat’ (Vili’s Train) offers pick up service from the railway station to the venue.
