Winelovers Sparkling Night

Guests can taste around 100 sparkling wines from more than 50 estates. Apart from the 35 Hungarian sparkling brands, participants can taste bubblies from France, Italy, Spain, Romania, Austria and South Africa. Patricius Brut, a great Furmint–Hárslevelű blend sparkling wine will also be available. And the venue is Hotel InterContinental in Budapest, with magnificent view of the river Danube and the iconic Chain Bridge.

Patricius Brut 2023

Bottle fermented sparkling wine made of Furmint and Hárslevelű, with 5.3 g/L dosage. This terroir-driven sparkling wine, made using the traditional method, captures the unique character of Tokaj’s volcanic soil. The fruity notes of Hárslevelű are elegantly balanced by the vibrant acidity of Furmint and enriched by the complex aromas developed during bottle fermentation and extended ageing on the lees.
