Story: ‘Találkozás’ means ‘Encounter’ in Hungarian, it refers to the ‘encounter’ of grapes of three different vineyards, of three different ripening phases. And the name also refers to those moments of life, when we meet someone important for the first time. “As if you have met her a thousand times, yet you fall in love with her again when she whispers: see you on Sabar hill, let’s meet there!”
For Gábor Ádám, the owner of Sabar Wine House, personal meetings, “out of the blue” new friendships have special importance, this is why he created the concept of “Sabarism”, a community of like-minded people.
