The Ball of Hungarian Wines is a glamorous event dedicated to the best Hungarian wines. The venue of the 14th Ball is again the pompous five star Corinthia Hotel Budapest, and the night boasts several programs provided by renowned performers including Erika Miklósa, world famous coloratura soprano. Welcome drinks will be provided by Garamvári Winery (including the Vinagora Champion Garamvári Brut Nature) and Koch Winery  (with a fruity, extra crispy new vintage Koch Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé. The 5 course menu will include for example a Burgundy style beef with panchetta chips, purple potato and roasted carrot cream accompanied by one of the flagship wines of Dúzsi Family Winery from Szekszárd wine region. Dúzsi Görögszó Single Vineyard Kékfrankos Selection 2013 is made from the outstanding fruit of the old vines grown on exceptional, loess soil Görögszó vineyard. The wine was matured in different barrels (new and used, small and large), and the resulting wine is balanced with subtle tannin structure and refined spiciness.
