This is what Mirjam, a young winemaker (engineer of vinification) says about Mimi Blanc de Blancs, the latest release of Garamvári Vineyard. She is the granddaughter of Vencel Garamvári, the founder, and she is grateful for the opportunity of creating something memorable with all of her knowledge, experience and passion for her own wedding. The youngest member of Garamvári family has bottled a wonderful love confession and it is made of Pinot Blanc, it was aged for 24 months on the lees and available in very limited quantity: only 1000 bottles mare made.
