Béres Winery
The story of the Béres Vineyards and Winery began in 2002. This was the year Béres family, motivated by the love of Tokaj and its wines, decided to take up vine growing and wine making in the Tokaj wine region.
The plantations are based on the local white grape varieties, most importantly Furmint and Hárslevelű. The prime ambition of the Béres Vineyards and Winery has been to produce Tokaj wines of exceptional quality and sell them both in Hungary and abroad, thus enriching the Tokaj Wine Region and promoting it, as well as its wines and wine culture around the world.
Béres Winery today is regarded as one of the most prominent premium wineries of the region. Béres wines have achieved numerous successes in prestigious domestic and foreign competitions, have been added to the wine list of restaurants representing top gastronomy, and reach more and more countries around the world. In 2015 the estate was elected “The Most Beautiful Vineyard of Hungary”.

Béres Tokaji Pezsgő Extra Brut 2019
A vibrant Tokaj sparkling wine with outstanding freshness, made of 100% Hárslevelű. Extra brut, thus very dry, but thanks to the notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, apple and pear, the wine is charming, playful but also rich and elegant.

Clear, bright amber colour. Intense, incredibly rich nose of its own personality. The palate features all the notes the nose promised: dried fruits, tea, smoke and barrel spices. Sweet like honey but at the same time zesty, vibrant, complex, sleek and gracious.

Bright and clear amber colour. Intense, distinct and extremely rich aromas. The palate continues with the notes of the nose: the triplets of date, raisin and dried fig. The mouth feel is citrusy, zesty and youthful. Full bodied, complex, layered wine with endless aftertaste.
