with Igor Lukovic & Oliver Coleman
Date and time: 9 June, 2.00 pm – 3.30 pm
The great Central European white grape you’ve probably never heard of hides its light behind disguises. Whether Graševina, Grašac, Olaszrizling, Welschriesling, Laški Rizling, Ryzlink Vlassky, this grape is one of the most important across the whole region. It’s incredibly versatile, making everything from sparkling, to light or full bodied complex dry whites and even amazing sweet wines. Discover how it has transformed from a workhorse grape to one creating waves of excitement with Igor Luković, co-founder of the GROW du Monde competition.
Igor Luković is a wine critic, writer, journalist and a certified sommelier from Serbia, who has worked in the wine business since 2003.
