Grand Tokaj, one of the exhibitors of the grandiose Budapest Wine festival held in a UNESCO World Heritage site on 5–8 September. The hilarious venue, the Castle of Buda gives an amazing setting for the open air tasting. Grand Tokaj, the largest winery of Tokaj region makes a wide selection of wines from the easy to drink, juicy aromatic wines to the award winning, luscious Tokaji Aszú and Esszencia wines. The staff of the winery welcomes visitors at their boorth during the festival, plus now they have announced a simple Facebook winning game: if you comment under the post on the link, you may win a double ticket for the festival. As for the wine in the picture, it is a 100% Furmintvinified into dry wine. „It’s fragrance is characterised by mellow white peach, fresh grape flowers, a breath of smokiness from ageing in barrels and the clean aspect of Furmint. Savoring it, the wine has a unique mineral trait with notes of saltiness that accompanies the fresh zest of peach. The wine has a long finish, freshly preserved by a rounded acidity.”
