Gere Tamás & Zsolt Villányi Franc – power tamed
In Hungary and also in many other wine countries of the world the majority of the red wines are released too early. Gere Tamás & Zsolt Winery is an exception, they wait until the wines are matured to their taste. The recipe works: Scholl and Zamorano appreciated their Villányi Franc from 2016 a lot. And it costs only 14 euros!
The description of the wine by Vinum team: “Dark forest fruit, ripe nose. A touch of coffeebean. On the palate nice fruity approach, slim structure and fine -grained tannin. The barrelnotes are nicely integrated. Deep and tight. Smooth beginning, good length. Elegance and finesse, tamed power.“
